About
John Delaney was born in 1963 in Wood- Ridge, New Jersey and was raised as a Catholic. He attended a Catholic high school and continued his education at Columbia University, receiving his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Delaney is a winner of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and helped found two companies. In 2012, Delaney won the election and became a member of the US House of Representatives for Maryland District 6. He held this position until 2019.
